The app

• The app collects no personal data. It has no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.
• Your layouts, your inventory and your settings stay on your device. Files you save go where you choose. We never receive them.
• Subscriptions are bought through the App Store, Google Play or the Microsoft Store. The store handles your account and your payment under its own privacy policy, and tells the app on your device whether you subscribed. We do not learn your name or payment details; the store sends us only sales totals.
• Printing goes through your device’s own printing system.

This website

• The website sets no cookies and uses no analytics. If you pick a language, your browser remembers it in its local storage, which never leaves your device.
• The website is served by Cloudflare, Inc.. Like every web server, it processes your IP address and the pages you request to deliver them and to protect the site from attacks, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). [How long the provider keeps its logs.]

The forum

The forum at forum.railsnap.eu is a separate service, run with Discourse and hosted by [forum hosting provider] in [region]. If you sign up, it processes your user name, email address, posts and IP address to run your account. The forum’s own privacy policy, linked at the bottom of every forum page, applies there.

If you write to us, we use your address and your message to answer you, and keep them only as long as that takes.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable form. You may also complain to a data protection authority, such as the one where you live.
